About the Event
An intimate look behind the Playboy Club through the lens of archived film rescued from a flooded basement in New Jersey. What had started as a hobby to pass the time turned into visual dialogue through a sizeable body of photographic work and artistic interest between photographer and archiver, father and daughter.
This isn’t your average slide show of glossy Playboy photos. Between the modernist documentary style of the photography and his daughter’s present day research and interviews with Playboy club employees and patrons, this slideshow takes the audience down an entirely different kind of rabbit hole.
