TERMS & CONDITIONS

We are an over 21 years of age venue. We can make some exceptions depending on event and for full venue hire. Guests under the age of 21 years old must be authorised by management prior to the event and be accompanied by an of age guardian.

We operate with a minimum spend and a ‘returnable’ deposit.

All food, pre ordered drinks and guests ‘pay as you go’ drinks are all including the minimum spend.

We are a strictly chewing gum free venue

We do not allow dogs in the venue

Our minimum spend is the minimum which needs to be made to cover costs, as such bag checks for all guests will be carried out by security to ensure no guest brings alcohol into the venue. All alcohol will be immediately confiscated and not returned.

Guests who do not comply will not be allowed into the venue.

All staff are required by law to stop serving any guest we deem too intoxicated to continue drinking. Any guest providing alcohol to a guest who is too intoxicated will be asked to leave the venue.

If a guest/s cause “significant amounts” of vomit or urine to affect the interior and/ or a member of staff must stop serving to clean, which results in non-party guests waiting (this includes our outside area), there will be an automatic fee charged to either guest or host.

Service will cease and guests will be asked to leave the venue if management feel damage has affected the health and safety of the guests. If this results in your minimum spend not being reached, the remainder will automatically be taken if higher than the deposit. The cleaning fee is not included in the minimum spend.

Hen Party attire and/or hen paraphernalia is STRICTLY PROHIBITED at all-times in our main bar area and outside the venue.

Fontaine’s is a high-end lounge bar with an elegant and classic dress code policy. We reserve the right to refuse entry to groups dressed in unsuitably themed costumes of any description or offensive party paraphernalia. This is at the manager’s discretion. In the event of deposited or hire charged pre-bookings, deposit and/or hire charge will be retained by Fontaine’s and is non-refundable.

Any guests displaying rude and/or aggressive behaviour to any member of staff or other guests will be asked to leave the venue immediately. If police and/or ambulance need to be called, which means Fontaine’s can no longer trade, an immediate fee of £1000 will be taken and authorised by the venue and the authorities.

Drugs Policy – Anyone caught in possession of or using drugs will be immediately reported to the police and will be escorted off the premises.
